OUR AIM
To promote intellectuality and morality among all non-teaching employees of the colleges in Assam, thereby upholding the educational environment of all higher educational institutions in Assam by promoting quality service.
To promote brotherhood among all non-teaching employees of the colleges of Assam.
To provide a platform to all non-teaching employees of the colleges of Assam to share and discuss their common problems and other issues.
To establish friendly relations and extend cooperation to other associations, both within and outside Assam.
To establish friendly relations with and extend cooperation to other Employee Associations outside of Assam.
To oversee the employment conditions, situations, and job security of non-teaching employees in the colleges of Assam.
